Introductions-Meet Reiki!

Reiki is a Japanese technique used to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can benefit from. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki practitioners channel this life force energy to heal the spirit, mind and body.
Everything in the universe is made up of energy. That means everything in the universe has vibrational frequencies. Low and high frequencies. Low frequencies are produced by negativity. So, if you are going through anxiety, anger, fear, jealousy or hate, you are vibrating at a low frequency. High frequencies look like love, happiness, gratitude, confidence or sympathy. Reiki can increase the vibrational frequency of the body raising it from low to high and therefore help to achieve balance. Other effects of Reiki: it brings on deep relaxation, clears energy blockages and detoxifies the system.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on healing. Reiki practitioners are able to channel energy into individuals for rebalancing. Issues such as illness, injury, headaches, insomnia, broken bones, lack of self-esteem and confidence can be addressed. As well as more aggressive types of treatment for cancer and heart disease. Reiki is growing very popular among new age spiritualists & modern mystics who believe the body has natural healing abilities.
Practitioners believe that in conjunction with Reiki, it is important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others. This can not only help the healing process, it can also provide happiness and health on all levels.
The only limitation to Reiki is the recipient's unwillingness to cast off old habits and patterns in order to resolve issues. If you want transformation, you must be open to and accepting of change. If you are not willing to change, then a series of repetitive life cycles will cloud the future. Over time, I am sure the healing of the world's illnesses/diseases will be achieved. With Reiki as a complementary therapy to the medical routines that treat these illnesses/diseases, we can get there much quicker.
(Please Note: I mentioned Reiki as a complimentary therapy because it is not intended to replace medical treatment/routines. It is to be used in conjunction in order to ease side effects and promote recovery/healing.)
If you are interested in Reiki, it is likely you are being guided in this direction. We all have our life path or journey in this world. A purpose for being here. As we start to become more open to the possibility of natural healing, inner wisdom and a connection to forces beyond ourselves, tools such as Reiki, are made available to us that will assist us along the way. This is why it is important to pay attention to your interests, to your inner voice and guidance system.
If used regularly, with an open heart and open mind, Reiki can provide health, happiness and peace of mind & body. Take that step into your new reality! Let Reiki take you places you never thought you would be.
